Parsing Etsy Emails

If you receive many Etsy order confirmation emails, Parsio can help you to extract order and customer data using a predefined template. You can then export the parsed data to Google Sheets, Excel, or any other app in real time.

Here's an example of an Etsy email:

Parsio can automatically extract the following data:

  • Order ID
  • Order URL
  • Number of ordered items
  • Payment method
  • Payment date
  • Shipping details: client name and shipping address
  • Order amounts: Total cost, shipping cost, taxes
  • Client details: email, username, photo
  • Ordered items with custom attributes

To activate the predefined template, choose "Etsy Order Confirmation" while creating a new mailbox or later from the Mailbox Settings page:

You can now forward your emails to Parsio (or upload as EML files) and they will be automatically processed!

⚠️ Important: If you have any templates in your mailbox, Parsio will try to use them first (and if it can't, then it will use predefined templates). So make sure to delete or disable your custom templates if you don't plan to use them.

If you have any feedback or comments, please let us know via chat or email.
