Create Your First Template
After creating a mailbox and forwarding your first email or file you'll need to tell Parsio what data you want to extract.
It's time to create your first template.
In most of the cases this process is simple and straightforward.
1. From the Inbox page, open your email and click on the New template icon:
2. Highlight the text you want to extract, click on the Add field and give a meaningful name:
Click on the field's name to edit it:
3. Once all fields are created, click on the Create Template button:
You will be returned to the email preview page. If you kept the checkbox "Process failed and unprocessed documents" checked, Parsio will automatically start the parsing process. Refresh the page after a few seconds and check out the result:
Congratulations! 🎉 You've just created your first template. Now Parsio will automatically extract data from similar emails that you will redirect to the mailbox.
